Man Arrested At Jed's BBQ & Brew On Weapons Charges

The Findlay Police Department  was called to Jed's BBQ & Brew this Saturday, April 3rd, ultimately taking a man into custody.  Arrested for carrying a concealed weapon inside the restaurant, the offender has been charged with two felonies.
Nathan A. Nisley, 27, of McComb, was found by police in the restaurant's parking lot but did not stop when ordered, police said. He was taken to the ground and secured, and a loaded 9 mm handgun was found in Nisley's waistband.

Nisley was arrested and taken to the emergency room of Blanchard Valley Hospital after complaining of a head injury.

He was treated and released and then incarcerated at Hancock County Justice Center, the police report states.

Nisley has been charged with carrying a concealed weapon, a third-degree felony, and illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor establishment, a fifth-degree felony.
