City Barbecue to Host "Cruise-In For A Cause"

Cruise-in for a Cause will be held every Wednesday evening through July 14th from 5:00pm - 8:00pm at City BBQ located at 15033 Flag City Drive.

There will be weekly awards for the cars and prizes and fun for attendees. The events will also feature local bands and other entertainment, and all events will be free and open to the public. City BBQ will donate 10% of their gross sales to Findlay Area CIVITAN every Wednesday evening.

Findlay Area CIVITAN is the local chapter of an international service organization with a mission promoting good citizenship mainly through aid to others in need.  All proceeds from every event will help local organizations within Hancock County.

Bob Evans Host To Fundraiser

This Monday, June 14th from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Bob Evans restaurant at 2400 Tiffin Ave. will once again be host a fundraiser- this time for Teddy's Rescue.    

When the check is accompanied by a fundraiser flyer, 15% of the sale will be donated to Teddy's Rescue. Flyers are available at Blanchard Valley Lawn and Pet, Candle Lites on Broadway, Readmore's Hallmark and Teddy's Rescue (located at at 12409 County Road 99).

Teddy's Rescue, Inc was formed to assist homeless animals, provide shelter, network with other rescue groups, and provide medical care to animals in need. One of their primary goals is to save dogs from euthanasia and find them suitable homes.  All proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards operating costs for the organization.

So, if you were already planning on heading to Bob Evans-or would like to go in support of Teddy's Rescue-please pick up a fundraiser flyer so that a portion of your meal's cost is donated.

Bob Evans Hosts Fundraiser for Chopin Hall

The Bob Evans restaurant at 2400 Tiffin Ave. will host a fundraiser for Chopin Hall from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today.

When the check is accompanied by a fundraiser flyer, 15% of the sale will be donated to Chopin Hall. Flyers are available at the front desk of the Family Center, 1800 N. Blanchard St. (Via The Courier)

C.H.O.P.I.N. Hall (Christians Helping Other People In Need) is a food and clothing distribution Center opened in 1984. Staffed entirely by volunteers, all proceeds from the fundraiser will go towards offsetting the organization's operating costs.

So, if you were already planning on heading to Bob Evans-or would like to go in support of Chopin Hall-please pick up a fundraiser flyer so that a portion of your meal's cost is donated.

City Barbecue to Host FRC Fundraiser

A fundraising event will be held this Tuesday, May 24th at City Barbecue, located at 15033 Flag City Dr. (across from Buffalo Wild Wings), to benefit Family Resource Centers

When a fundraising form is presented at the time of ordering, 25% of each purchase will be donated to Family Resource Centers to support programing.  Forms are available by calling FRC at 419-422-8616 

So, we urge any of you who plan on visiting City Barbecue to obtain the form first to ensure that a portion of your meal's cost benefits the group.

Max & Erma's Hosts Special Kids Therapy Fundraiser

Max & Erma's, located at 1107 Trenton Ave. (in front of the new Wal-Mart, next to Bob Evans) is host to a fundraising event for Special Kids Therapy, a non-profit charity that is dedicated to assisting special health care needs children and their families.

All day today (April 14th), the restaurant will donate 15% of their Lunch, Dinner or Carryout Sales to the organization, whenever a customer presents this coupon from the Special Kids Therapy website.

So, we urge any of you who plan on visiting Max & Erma's to print out the coupon first to ensure that a portion of your meal's cost benefits the group.
